8. November 2022: Top Gun: Maverick (OV: English)

After having graduated from the TOPGUN fighter pilot school, Pete "Maverick" Mitchell spent the following three decades in the Navy, collecting honors and commendations left and right, but never receiving any promotions due to his tendency to defy his superiors, eventually ending up as a test pilot.

After nearly being kicked out again he is instead ordered to return to TOPGUN, this time as an instructor, to train the next generation of pilots for a near impossible mission. On top of that he is also confronted with his past when one of his trainees turns out to be his late backseater and friend Goose's son.

Now Maverick has to step up and prove he is not only a great pilot, but also a teacher and leader, to ensure that the pilots he took under his wing not only complete the critical mission, but also escape the onslaught of enemy planes and missiles to make it back alive.
