Scott Pilgrim, a 22-year-old living with his roommate Wallace, has a girlfriend named Knives who is 17. His friends are not thrilled about the relationship. Scott, however, believes he is happy, even though he can only see Knives during daylight
Oh, and then there are Ramona's seven evil exes that Scott must defeat to win her over. Scott soon discovers that Ramona's exes are exceedingly strange, partly famous, and definitely not easy to defeat. On top of that, he didn't anticipate also dealing with his own ex-girlfriend and her current boyfriend. Add to that a few issues from Ramona and Scott's past, as well as a nefarious record label, and the chaos in Scott's life is complete.
„Scott Pilgrim vs. the World” is a completely crazy mix of genres and presented like a computer game. Director Edgar Wright mixes a romantic comedy with lots of action, science fiction, comic elements and, above all, PC games. (BR online)
