28. November: IF (Garching, OV)

In “Imaginary Friend”, 12-year-old Bea (Cailey Fleming) moves in with her grandmother Margaret (Fiona Shaw) while her father awaits heart surgery in the same hospital where her mother died. As she struggles with her grief, she discovers a strange creature when she buys a charger for her mother's camcorder. Bea learns that these creatures long to be reunited with their original owners. As she explores her own memories, she discovers a deep connection to her grandmother's past and to old IFs like Blossom. Soon Bea meets Cal (Ryan Reynolds), a man who works with Imaginary Friends (IFs), and together they embark on a fantastical journey beneath Coney Island, where IFs live.
