5. November 2015: V for Vendetta (OV)

Dystopic Great Britain is led by the fascist Norsefire Party, but a charismatic masked revolutionist named “V” has committed himself to rescuing his fellow citizens from the corrupt and cruel totalitarian government. For this purpose, he kills leading members of the regime, always striking during the night. But this is just the beginning: V plans to blow up the House of Parliament on November 5th, in the spirit of Guy Fawkes who planned the Gunpowder Plot in the early 17th century.

When V saves the life of a young working class woman, Evey, he finds an unlikely ally in his fight for freedom and justice.
