12. Juli 2011: TRON: Legacy

A second, digital world exists alongside ours. Kevin Flynn discovers it during an experiment in 1989. This world fascinates him so much that he can't let go of it. But one day he does not return, leaving his son Sam an orphan.

20 years later, Flynn's company, Encom, has grown into a global software giant, but Sam would rather throw himself off the company skyscraper than run the same. That's when Alan, a longtime friend of Flynn's, gets a message from what appears to be a defunct phone line in the old arcade. Sam decides to get to the bottom of it and discovers a secret lab belonging to Flynn. After activating the computers, he is promptly drawn into the digital world.

Between laser disk battles and lightcycle races, he finds out why his father never came back that time. The world his father has painted him in his childhood in the most colorful colors does not match at all with what Sam observes. What happened to make his father's utopian world change so much? Sam must find out if he ever wants to return to his world.
