13. Juni 2017: The Mermaid (美人鱼 - OmeU)

The business man Liu Xuan purchases a wildlife reserve and gets rid of all the nearby sea life by sonar technology. The hidden merpeople living there send Shan as a “honey trap” to assassinate Xuan for killing most of their folk. Shan, who can walk on her fins, is a beautiful young mermaid. At a party Xuan gets Shan’s telephone number who pretends to be a dancer.

To make his female business partner Ruolan jealous he calls Shan. She tries to seduce and kill Xuan but all her plans backfire. While Xuan takes Shan back home they go to a funfair and Shan tries to show Xuan there are more important things than money. After a day spent together they develop feelings for each other, but the merpeople are still thirsting for Xuans blood …
