Since childhood, Lars and Sigrit have dreamed of representing their homeland Iceland at the Eurovision Song Contest. Despite being ridiculed by the people of their village, they don't give up. A tragic accident in which the winner of the preliminary round dies gives them the opportunity to fulfill their dream. Lars and Sigrit set off for Edinburgh, where their musical skills and friendship are put to the test.
